A: We specialize in working on Harley-Davidson motorcycles of all years and models. However, we also perform routine service work on the custom motorcycles that we build.
Q: What is your hourly labor rate?
A: We offer a very competitive and straightforward labor rate, which is also one of the lowest in our area. Currently, our labor rate is $75.00 per hour for any in-house labor services that we provide.
Q: Can I buy O.E.M. Harley-Davidson parts at Mid-State Cycles?
A: Yes, in fact, Mid-State Cycles stocks a large inventory of new Harley parts as well as a large inventory of used O.E.M. Harley parts for those who want O.E.M. parts for their early-model Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
Q: Can Mid-State Cycles perform routine maintenance work in accordance with my Harley owners manual schedule?
A: Yes, we do perform routine maintenance for all Harley models and we perform any mileage specific service work in exact accordance with your Harley owners manual.
Q: Will my factory warranty be voided if I bring my motorcycle to Mid-State Cycles for routine service work?
A: No, by law the manufacturer can NOT dictate who works on your motorcycle. They also can NOT void your warranty if you do not have your service work performed by an official Harley dealer.
Q: Can Mid-State Cycles perform insurance estimates and collision repairs on my motorcycle?
A: Yes, we have been working hand-in-hand with all major motorcycle insurance providers for many years now and we can provide excellent collision repair services for your H-D motorcycle.
Q: Should I bring my motorcycle in for an estimate before I meet with a claims adjuster?
A: Yes, we can often save motorcycle riders hundreds of dollars in losses by providing them with an accurate estimate to present to their claims adjuster. If necessary, riders can request to have a wrecked motorcycle towed to our shop for an estimate.
Q: Can I achieve better gas mileage on a motorcycle?
A: Yes, Harley-Davidson motorcycles typically average between 40-50 MPG and as a result they save you more money on gas the more often you ride them.
Q: What types of motorcycles does Mid-State Cycles sell?
A: We sell Harley-Davidson motorcycles. However, our inventory does change frequently and often includes a wide variety of models that can range from vintage to nearly new. The best way to keep track of our inventory is to stop by the shop or check the Bikes For Sale page on this website.
Q: Can Mid-State Cycles sell my motorcycle for me?
A: Yes, in addition to our own inventory of used motorcycles we also sell motorcycles on consignment for our customers. For more details regarding our consignment sales terms and conditions please contact us directly.
Q: Will Mid-State Cycles buy my used motorcycle parts?
